My outlook was set to use cached mode. So i unchecked the box, restarted outlook and I'm still sending and receiving approx every 60 seconds. My send and receive settings are at 3 minutes. So it seems these settings aren't being used. I looked at the registry and Office 2007 doesn't have the folders mention in the 2003 guide.
