"Up until a couple of years ago their service department was decent, however recently we've had several issues scheduling our vehicle for service. We scheduled an appointment and confirmed it 2 days before, then when we showed up with the confirmation text on our phone and in our email, the dealership turned us away because they had no record of it in their system. Their service manager called me back and apologized, but that was it. Following up from that appointment, we had to take the car back due to a part needing ordered. We scheduled the appointment at 9:15a and they said they'd need it for about an hour. We dropped it off, went to breakfast, and when we called back at 10:05a to check the status, we were told they hadn't even looked at it, but it was in line to get looked at today. I called the service manager and he stated "9:15a is the appointment to drop off. They are a small shop so they get to the vehicles as they have time and they can't commit to having them done at a certain time." I told him that's no way to do business and several other shops around don't have that policy and that I'd be taking my business elsewhere and he told me "Good luck, the other Mazda dealer operates the same way". No apology or anything, just a screw you. Terrible way to do business. I would NOT recommend Byers Mazda for service which is a shame, because we love our CX9 and were planning to purchase another one in the next year or so, but we'll probably switch to Kia as we have had no issues at Coughlin Kia with scheduled service appointments. They worked on my vehicle at the scheduled time and completed the work ahead of their estimate and the included a car wash....\n\nBeware if you take your vehicle to Byers Mazda for service."

"Worst experience I've had buying a car. \nBought it sight unseen. Came with thousands of $s in undisclosed body damage. The speedometer did I not work upon Arrival. And the odometer does not go up. So who knows if the milage is accurate."

"What went from a five star review went to two star review and I can blame David Dowe for the whole thing. All he had to do was return some calls. From what I can tell he did call back once. I called him at least three times. I got the voicemail every time I ask him to please call Park national and talk to Nick. He never called or even tried to talk to Nick. We had nothing nothing but trouble with the service department. They tried to tell us over and over again that our starter was not going out on our car so we gave them a video to listen to and to watch to show them that the starter was going out on the car. Remember all of this took time and effort. So then we're told that now the starter has been fixed so my husband goes to pick it up. We get it home and there is no radio nor any kind of a navigation. He's now had to call Germain Mazda. No help. Finally Honda called him back and told him how to go about getting the car to work without having to put in a passcode. Weve had such screw ups on this car. We've had screw ups on the gap insurance, which we did not ask for and yes, I assume that my husband paid for it. So we did wait a month for the gap insurance to clear so we can get that back off our account. We have given an excellent review on our salesman and we don't have any complaints on Rocky but Service and David Dowe nothing but dissapointment."

The war in Ukraine and sanctions are eroding Russia’s economic outlook for years to come, says an economist. Recent forecasts anticipate a 7-8% drop in Russian GDP in 2022-2023. Russia’s long-term growth is restricted by unfavourable demographic trends, low investment rates and low levels of productivity. But the harshest impacts on the Russian economy are still largely limited to ...
